well there was this cap my friend accidentally took...



and we called him bunny boy. Then we somehow ended up shipping him with Oma from SG1, hence Oma's Bunny Boy...

and on the convention, what was the first question asked? "What do you think of the nickname 'Oma's bunny boy'?"

Apparently that scene in LFP was filmed at 6am. Of the screencap, David said ruefully "these things happen".

So by the end of the con, he knew me by sight because I kept addressing him as "bunny boy". I was so impressed by him that I went over budget to get another photo and autograph.

Hence the bunny con photo but that's for another time...

David Nykl is quite an intelligent guy, just didn't get the marks to do science. So he's doing the next best thing. He likes the purple trees we have in Australia.

"Beware screencaps" indeed! BOBW 2005 was only his 3rd convention and it was a little sad how the fans flocked to the other actors more. But hey...David Nykl is definitely worth having a conversation with. He won't talk endlessly about zombie films like another David...
