I wish wish wish that writing was an easier process for me, that the words just flowed out of my head on onto the paper but they don't! I'm incredibly slow at writing really and agonise over words and phrasing etc. I have so many ideas and it's so frustrating cos I get impatient and want to get them down on paper NOW but I can't cos the actual writing just takes so long and trying to translate the ideas from my head into words is a battle!

Oh, I'm the same way. It's probably a touch of perfectionism – we want Sheppy whump, and we want to believe it.

Wow, so glad I'm not the only one! I think with me it's a terrible mix of impatience (I have the idea and I want it written - I don't want to spend the time actually writing it! ) and perfectionism - I want it to be just right and to have the atmoshpere that it has in my head and I agonise over every word trying to achieve that feeling!

I don't know how she does it either, I'm dying to get started on another story that I have rattling around my head but I don't want to get too far into it until I've got the current one done and dusted. I'm confused enough as it is.
