Okay, I think I can do this one, it's just 5 times as much as I wrote before, hee. Now I wonder if I can incorporate Rodney's "Window of Opportunity" into 500 words...nah that's too good for only 500

Too right, I want a longer Home WoO. Don't deprive me of fic... I could always try the same as bribery/blackmail. That's right, I need my fic dosage and i'm willing to withhold my own to get it. *I'm only half-joking y'know*

*smirks disturbingly* Yes, you are aren't you, AND you're getting up the fic scale if you manage more than 100 words too. On that matter my response to the Apologies Challenge will be up sometime tomorow after it's betaread (yes I know it's 500 words or less but trust me I'm an expert at missing typos etc)

Well, I wrote a response to the apologies challenge! Everybody clap for me!!

Well, okay so I guess it really isn't such a big deal considering all the WIP's I have (and ones I'm thinking of starting to boot ), but this one is finished! It's more established McWeir, but I found it amusing when I wrote it.

It also uses the coffee cliche. What can I say, I'm unoriginal.

As an instigator (of sorts) why don't we try a line-by-line (or paragraph-by-paragraph) fic?

Post your responses in italics, and quote the line (or paragraph) before it if you do respond...should be interesting to see how many threads can branch off if lots of people post at one time...

Me too...so don't be surprised if I drop off the radar for a while, week or two, because life is closing in on me and ick, essays! I have a headache and eaten too much chocolate...and that's not all that's wrong, but anyway bi all. Find some good music and a cup of something you like to drink - tea, coffee, water - and just let the words go.

Remember: write. You can change things later. Just get your words out there first.

If you really can't get there, try this: relax, lie down if you want to, and focus on your breathing. Breathe through your nose both more deeply and more rapidly than you usually do, but not in a gaspy way. Do so steadily, breath after breath, minute after minute.
