hi made it .. I slept in today!!! hubby goes back to work Tues for good this time..so taking full use of his time.

I am so jealous aboout the cleaning (since I can't do anything for another week or so.. mid july) and yes those creative kids... I have a daughter that see's our garbage as all sorts of projects.. but I have learned to take pictures and say 'ITS THE PROCESS NOT THE PRODUCT" and toss alot of stuff she has created..
I think alot of thier creating will have lots of real-world applications when they have to process all the stuff they teach that wont matter.. I think alot of great ideas come from creative people who think out-side of the box or rather use the BOX..lol for littest pet shop swimming pools and tolit paper roll castles..

Good morning, everyone!

I love storms. We were having dinner at Hifield's house when it started. Ended up sitting on the front porch and watching for a couple hours. It was pouring at times, but the show was awesome, kind of like fireworks.

I wish! We had rain yesterday. . .miles away! It was awful seeing the storm so far away but still smelling the water!

Long weekend. A few cleaning projects Going to unbunk the kids beds for the summer, gets a little warm in the house (if the temps ever warm up) and we don't have a/c. So a little re-arranging in there room and hopefully chucking a lot of stuff into the garbage... daughter is a pack-rat. Not sure where she got that trait, but she hates to get rid of anything... ever.

I am SOOO glad I'm not the only one who has a daughter like that! I'm CONSTANTLY cleaning out her room!

true, true ... Jack can pull off just about anything!

(Interesting challenge on the R/K thread - must be lots of those short stories not done .... I guess a Lorne/Keller story doesn't quite fit )
