Its from "Cypher" a film David did in 2002. A really good Sci-Fi film David isn't in it for long but he is excellent!! Watch it, Watch it soon!
the weird eye thing isn't really explained in the film, and he doesn't seem to have a brain injury but he definatly is a bit disturbed!!

Thanks. I'd seen David Hewlett around even before he played McKay on "Stargate SG1", but you all are coming up with shots from shows or movies about which I haven't a clue.
