Lol! Each others 'fellas' I like that, you know you can Thunk for both? Equal opportunity Thunking. I won't mention the 'other' thing, no not me *I'll just think it*

You know we have spoken about thunking for more than one but both feel that we can only truly thunk in the absolute sense for our preferred chap. We can appreciate the looks and character of 'the other' but it is just not enough to tip us over the edge into becoming full blown thunkers! I think it great that one of my best friends likes the chap who on the show is best friends with my chap! RL and Atlantis collide!

And yes - I'll have none of that 'other' thing from you!! I said friendship you naughty thing!!

P.S. Remember my best friend who I introduced to SGA? I knew she liked the show, but woah, now she tells me she's thinking about buying the box set! Seems she really really really likes it!

Oooh, Traders! I so want to see that still, and can't afford it more than ever. I need a job, but then I should be getting one in June/July, once I find out where i'm living for the next six months after, hopefully, graduating.

I haven't been around for a while because I got so behind on the thread and simply couldn't catch up, it moves so fast still, I can't believe how many more pages it has now. Anyway, I was taking a quick break from work and decided to pop in here despite not being up-to-date (and to be honest I doubt I could deal with the backlog, besides which there are always great pictures on the thread).

July seems so far away, for new SGA. I hope promo pics come out sometime and that's theres plenty for every character, including McKay of course, because we always need some new pictures to look at.

I don't suppose any of the Uk members of the thunk thread are still up for a possible get together sometime in the summer? I know I won't be affording any more conventions this year unless I'm really lucky, but it'd certainly be possible, and nice, to travel for a meetup and watching of many DVD's etc.

Well I would still be interested - just depends on when and where and how it fits in with holidays and kids and hubbie etc!!!

I am going to the con in November (SG-11 is it?) as we thought it would be a good idea to have a practise run before P2 in Feb!! How sad are we! We have no idea what to do at these things so my friend and I thought if our fave chaps were at the first con we went to we would just not be able to cope We have no idea who is going to P2 but we live in hope!! Whatever happens we shall have a laugh!



Right off to Tescos now (what an exciting life I lead!!) so catch up later!

Mx, I see friendship between John and Rodney too. Sometimes I even think of them as almost having a brotherly relationship! As Rose said, we are all equal opportunity thunkers. I love John Sheppard and used to thunk him quite a bit. It's just that time doesn't permit to thunk that much these days.

So I was noseying about in here and decided to de-lurk and say hiya. Lovely pics folks!

Oh and Ice Age 2? I agree that it was a bit saccharin at times but there's also lots of good funny moments and I did enjoy the film. Oh and the Scrat bits (the little chipmunky thing chasing nuts)? Swear to god I laughed so hard I cried! My sister did too! Damned funny. The film's worth seeing for those bits alone!

This series of Dr Who is so darn good. And I admit I am starting to thunk somewhat for David Tennant! I waaaaaay prefer his Dr Who to Eccleston's!

He'd be utterly condescending and superior, convinced he knew more than the Dr.. then he'd get suspicious... then he'd be desperate to glean as much knowledge from him as poss! And all the while much snarkiness between the two of them! My my, what a fanfic that would be.... *grin*

Has anyone written any? Surely they have somewhere... oh wait, there was one by L E McMurray for #9 - Box of Surprises.

I had a few crossover ideas, but given my alliegiances they were subtley shippy ones. Couldn't you just imagine Weir as having been a doctor's companion?

I keep imagining Rodney spies a Dalek as that Siege part 2 cap - where he's peeking over the crate - not that I have it to post... anyone?
