You know, I'm beginning to think that, for whatever reason, David just wasn't around when they did the between commercial character promos. My SG1 friends tell me that Michael Shanks wasn't in the promos for one of the seasons (no, not the one where he really wasn't there).

I hope you are all well... I've been reading all the posts, pics, comments etc about Trinity...

Anyhow, I won't comment much except to say I liked it. Good acting from all the cast, David included.

Rose, Strivaria is right - if you love DH and Rodney, I think you'll love this episode! Anyhow, Rodney wears that cute blue tee in this episode (I hope this is not a spoiler to anyone...) and the brown tee...

Also, happy holiday Purpleyin. Haben Sie eine gute Reise! (It's been a while since I wrote/spoke German - didn't get the chance to go to Bayern but they have good beer, I remember... )

He's smiling here but once again, I dare not include it just in case it's a spoilery sort. Mind you, having looked at the Joe/Sheppard thunk thread, they are crazy with spoiler pics there... guess that's coz they don't have a watcher to remind them??? (I mean that as a compliment...

Rodney is cute as always...

These aren't spoiler caps at all. Rodney could be arguing and smiling in any episode. What are spoilers are things that only can happen in that particular episode. I don't think anything in Trinity could actually be a spoiler. It was very character driven. Maybe the FX would be spoiler-y but I think any character cap would probably not be.

Arguing, smiling, hand waving or angst-y looks. That could be in any episode.

And I'm going to lighten up. I'm only going to complain if you spoil an episode for me!

So many great "Trinity" pics - thanks! I'm still having a bad feeling about watching this epsiode because I fear it will hurt to see Rodney being so enthusiastic at first and then this sudden change...
But when all of you who saw the episode say that this is really a good ep and post so many great Rodney pics, then I guess I'll just have to look forward to the great Rodney moments and be brave in the sad ones.

Although I think it's not that important I'd love to see McKay's first name in the credits, just because I really like the name of the character. "Dr. Rodney McKay", that sounds just great and looks just great!

Maybe they'll add it one day, I guess they just didn't notice that they just used McKay's last name when they added PM/CB, just like Drwho'srose said.

Aw, you are not feeling Whumped are you? I think it is good to have some one to keep us in line.

I guess I should also apologise it was brought to my attention that the UK does catch up on the season and in-fact can be ahead of the US! I guess they are special after all, not that I will ever say that or admit it again.

I get a headache just thinking about how long we will have to wait in Australia to see episodes.

Somehow I am going to see Condemned tomorrow

so Trinity shouldn't be too far away. Oh my computer is O.K my bf went through it and found that I was double storing information and using all the memory up. Well I never said I was David Hewlett when it comes to computers.

I was thinking of how badly McKay was portrayed and played in Trinity but after reading these, I've come to an understanding that it wasn't bad typecasting rather a good character building episode. It wouldn't be fund if McKay was right all the time.. and they really showed that he has flaws and for the first timer eally showed the drop of fascade we never see in play for the first time! Great episode.

Ohhhh and anyone remeber the low down about destruction and that whatever Carter can do McKay can do better!!! Carter blew up a sun.. McKay better that by blowing up 3/4s of a solar system... now that is competitive!

Ahh, wish I'd managed to learn some German before I leave. I did have a cunning plan of learning some last week but the ibook's cd drive wouldn't cooperate with any cd's - not even my learn german audio ones... so I don't have a clue what you said.

Bayern? I think someone else mentioned there, but since I have no clue where in Bavaria I'll be (apart from a village I think) then I don't know if it's anywhere near. Also just got warned to pack light clothing so can spot any tics from the woods - I'm so paranoid about limes disease now I've been told that's why.

Anyway, bi all. Got to go pack - you all thunk harder for me because I won't be able to.

And please don't think that everyone in Germany speaks or looks as strange as some Bavarians do...

It's a common joke in Germany that Bavaria is somehow still an independent state.

Hey everybody! It's been a while since I've visited the boards, and I just thought I'd stop by to let everyone know what's going on. I just started my first teaching job two weeks ago, and the classes and coaching are really eating away at my free time, not to mention my department head seems to think I'm her personal assistant (I had to go pick up her mom and take her to her husband's surprise party last night!

) I just don't have time for thunking and shipping like I used to. So if you don't see me around the boards for the next month or so, now you know why. Just remember that I'm always here in spirit!

That's my thought as well, so I can't be too upset. The man does have a life outside of acting and you can't always be at every photo op. I'm still damn curious who they would put with him if they had done one. Weir? Shep? Zelenka?

BUT we know that he was at the s2 promo shoot because we have pics of him in that lovely green t-shirt and jeans with the whole group and with Weir and Carson. So I see no reason why they had individual shots of Shep, Elizabeth, Teyla, and Ronon but none of Rodney. Or Carson for that matter. Wonder if they botched all their shots or something...maybe we'll never know

I think they just didn't do any,

I can't believe that a professional photographer would botch work and besides you can always re-shoot!

They don't care at the publicity department, even JF said he couldn't get pics of himself to send to fans!

Well, I said I wasn't going to complain about spoilers unless you spoil an episode for me. But, really, I know I'm being silly about this but it just makes me feel uncomfortable when folks are spoiling episodes. Because I know eventually we will be out of sync and Canada or the UK will be ahead of the US. And then, someone will be careless and say something about an episode and ruin it for me. Or they'll post a cap of something that gives away the main point of the episode. The only way to avoid that is to avoid this thread and I love you all too much to do that.

So, please, think before you post. I'm being selfish and just trying to protect myself. I know most of you don't care one way or the other.

Look how shocked Rodney is that you gave away the ending to Trinity.

How I can be sure that you won't give away the ending to an episode I haven't seen?
