So I'm sitting here watching 'The Closer' (not that episode, just regular

) with a horrible headache, but I can't take painkillers yet, 'cause I want to leave them till I go to sleep...and I thought...I know what might cheer me up - trying to make other people giggle!

EDIT: I tried to write a ficlet this morning (at work) for my FF100 challenge but it didn't work out.

I ended up just jotting down notes and bits of dialogue instead, maybe someday I could put into something resembling a fic.

You know if you don't post for a while, someone could steal your claim? Someone once claimed Rodney, but never finished. So now he's mine now... all mine! Mwahahahah *splutter*

Although they need to PM you first and stuff. I'm finding it a struggle to motivate myself and I've written tons of stories. I do only have 3 prompts now with no ideas. All the rest are good to go

Well, I think I'm safe cuz I haven't gotten any PM's yet.

Good to know I'm not the only one lacking fic writing motivation these days. Although, I seem to be having no trouble writing for my RPG seeing as I'm always rescuing it from the depths of the RPG forum.

That they do...unless you happen to have a Monday off, which I will next week seeing as it's my week off.

...it made me think of all the James Herriott books I read when I was young. [Memoirs of a vet from the 1930s, for anyone who doesn't know them] He was always up to his elbow in a cow...

From...The Tower? Maybe? The one where McKay ends up stuck in the catacombs with some poor local, and he needs that drone to punch a hole in the ceiling so they can make radio contact.
