The Muskingum River isn't that big. It would have to be a flood of Biblical levels for me to need a canoe to get to work.

Now when I was still living in Mingo Jct., I did see the Ohio River completely flood Wheeling Island a couple of times.

Speaking of insane. The robins appear not to have migrated this year or they are just now heading south. I saw some last week and a huge flock of them today in my yard. We normally don't see them until mid Feb. Maybe the poor dears are confused.
