          I used Any Video Converter which still works on my desktop. But I see from the recent customer reviews that it might not be compatible with Maverick. You can try the free version and see. I also have this one, but I haven't used it in quite a while. Good luck.

            I saw all the 1 star reviews on the first one and didn't touch it. But I did find a program called Miro Video Converter which seems to work, albeit slowly. I'll let it work while I take another nap. Having a bad day. Thanks for the help!

            ETA: Better software is iSkySoft Video Converter. Works fast and great quality.

            Now back to my nap...
