I have no qualm againsts psychiatrists but i'm not all that good at talking about my feelings. my buddy seems to think i keep it all bottled up inside and one day i'm just going to burst like a balloon.

Yes, same here. And you don't always need a psychiatrist (no offense to anyone). A psychiatrist is paid to help you; a true friend gives you counsel and advice based on loving concern.

I introduced SGA to a friend of mine about a week ago and she's enjoying it. She came over yesterday and we watched a few episodes up to Poisoning the Well, it wasn't till afterwards that she looked over at me and blamed me for getting her addicted to the show. After watching 38 minutes she did ask me if Sheppard was going to have a love interest, I just said it was all a matter of opinion really and said nothing else. Whether she'll ship Sparky or not has yet to be seen.

I'm not sure if you've seen this video before, but I found this one not to long ago.

Thanks for asking about my daughter. She's still not great, though it seems to affect her more at night than during the day.

I am trying to get my mum and dad to watch SGA. They usually are quite open to my recommendations, I even got them into Firefly. But they are really resisting this one and I am sure they would like it. I shall keep on trying.

I'm good. In the middle of a heat wave though. Hazy, hot, and humid. The dew point where I am is in the 70 range, which is unusual for around here.

It's absolutely boiling here too. The first official heatwave in this country for three years I think. But it's just too hot for me. Even night time is really warm. I'm not saying that I don't like the nice weather but just less with the temperature and more with the breeze please.

I have to say I don't do well with high temps. I get tired and lethargic. But I can't sleep either. Hence, being here at midnight!

Where would the puddle jumper be? Obviously, my mind automatically goes to The Return Part 1 but the whole flirt as distraction thing has been done. Maybe it would be better to permanently cut ties with the SGC and Earth by going to the SGC and hijacking a jumper. Or perhaps, whoever's in charge at the SGC now will let them take it, once they know why (could be Landry or someone else. Any other friends at the SGC who could help? Colonel Reynolds, Major Lorne?
