Elizabeth Weir/John Sheppard Appreciation/Ship/Discussion Thread
gumboYaYa: you are all beautiful, your words and openness are what make that shine. don't forget how much talent love and beauty you all have. so for now, peace love love love more love and happy, and thank you, thank you, thank you
love Torri
French people are nice! No one has ever killed me for butchering the beautiful language as I try to speak it. Been too long since I learned French and sometimes I try to speak French and Russian comes out. When I was learning Russian I kept coming out with very nice French
Elizabeth Weir natural linguist I am not
Heh - that happened to me with Latin and Spanish - didn't help that when I was learning it my Spanish class immediately followed my Latin class. And then I threw Gaelic in the mix once a week...
Only one I'm remotely confident in is Spanish.
Anyway... WELCOME NEWBIES!! MF, I LOVE you sig. Now we just have to get Mel to finish Revelation. Well, that and International Relations. And, well, all the writers out there need to FEED ME SPARKY FIC!!!
Ahem. Sorry... *slinks off to do productive things*
~La (I used to be a lurker, but this place just sucks you in...) The Nameless Forest. Also, my LJ, where you can find my fic attempts.
Hehe, careful, I might pin you down sometime to talk. It's the advantage of being a modern historian instead of a classics specialist like my fiance
I'm always careful *g* I'd have no problem with that but maybe you'd be shocked how less I know about my own country but my history teachers refused to teach us anything other than the time between 1033 and '45. it's a shame. I still have to catch up on my own country's history.
Age is an issue of mind over matter...if you don't mind it doesn't matter
heheh well, if you need any help sometime, ask away! Though I have to admit that it's easier for me to talk in English now *hides*
I learned it in cyrillic without any english-phonic transliteration so I have lost about all of my ability to speak (again too much time), but I can still read some.
