I've only seen two eps of S2 so i don't knwo but i think we'd all remember if we saw Lizzie adjusting her clothes coming out of a transporter

I'm sure I'd remember if she did that. Speaking of the transporter, I think I've only seen it being used a couple times this season and most involved John entering by himself.

But I'll let my imagination go wild and say he was taking the transporter on his way to Elizabeth's room.

Ah, I knew someone would come up with the butt shot at the end of the episode and I wouldn't have to.

Also? I think the sparks scene had John touching Elizabeth's arm again. It was shot such that I can't really tell, but I'm going to think that yes, he does that again, just like in Duet.

And we've not seen Elizabeth near a transporter this season. I can only think of one time we've actually seen the transporters at all. Perhaps Torri will keep her promise next season if she hasn't gotten a chance to this season.
