I somehow don't like what he holds in his right hand but even with that thing he looks good still

It's a needle, I think that episode might have been Phantoms, and he was caring for a patient in the middle of a Wraith "hide out" or something...but Beck and I just love the needle lid in his mouth in this pic.

Oh I don't mind the needles, I just don't like going to the doctors - Unless its Carson of course! I find this pic so hot, just the way he pulls the lid of with his mouth. He does that nearly every time he injects someone... guh just so damn sexy! *melts*
