the Census is when the government decide they need to know who and where everyone is on one particular day of the year. It is usually every 4 years here, but it has been 6 years this time, because the last one was September of 2010...and we here had the first of our major earthquakes, and we had a lot of displaced people....TPTB decided to skip it, Now they must figure we are more settled, but they did put out special guide lines for us here in the quake zone.
Everyone in the country at the time has to fill out a form...even tourist...mind you, they get to skip most of the questions.

Hi Jae'a. as much as it was nice having a visit from Zelenka last night, I would rather not have to have him round to often....that recliner is never going to be the same! the darn thing lights up when you sit in it now!
