Morning guys, thanks for brightening my day with so many thunkable pictures! The puppy dog eyes and leather collar ones, well what can i say? Yum yum sums it up best!

While reading my latest copy of SFX, I saw this letter in the Postapocalypse page and had to show you guys. I've put it in spoilers in case anyone wants to read the mag. themselves. Boy, did I laugh when I read the reply to this letter! It is commenting about an article in the last issue of SFX which said how good looking the Stargate men are:

Oh how right Jayne is. I've been a huge Stargate fan since I was 12 years-old and it was originally the geeky Daniel Jackson that drew me in and kept me there. Over the years I have grown to love everyone on the series and think the writing is great as is the show itself, but I do agree that it has an exceptionally good looking cast of characters. Even more so with Stargate Atlantis. I think that possibly Joe Flanigan is the sexiest man on the planet...but that might just be me..

I'm not sure I like emotional whump best, it just goes together with physical whump so beautifully that I'm greedy and want lots of both together!!!! Mind you ,emotional whump is more gut-wrenching somehow and I'd really like to see Shep cry, just a single,quiet tear sort of cry. Think I'd pass out if that happened on screen!. I want more whump ficcie, I'm feeling deprived......I've read it all!

That's true Elinor, however I think most men would be pleased that their 'thing' is considered big! Still feel embarassed for the poor guy though! Have to say he looks like he walks normally to me,but after seeing Merentha's lovely 'Zpm in pocket' picture, the Ed. may well have a point, so to speak! (That picture and cap still has me laughing now, got to be one of the funniest ever!)

Since reading that article, I have started seeing Mr Flanigan in a new light. I would probably be observing his uh strut next episode!

Wow, this thread is sort of dead tonight. I don't have any pics to offer, but I do have a question: what's the policy on posting links to fan-created vid? There's this one "Atlantis" vid out on LJ that's set to The Pet Shop Boys' "Opportunities," and even though it features a fair amount of McKay, I think some of the shots of Shep in it are absolutely wonderful.

(I also love the way the vidder, spacedmonkey, makes use of the song's "I've got the brain; you've got the look" refrain. And even though it was posted in a slash community, there's nothing in the vid that would make any non-slashers uncomfortable.)
