Yep, the first day. It didn't helped. Still take the medicine. As I said I hope to get rid of it during the next week.

I'm a bit tired, and my back still hurts a bit - the rest of my lumbago. I hope I'll get over it during the next week.
Will go to work tomorrow again (the doc forbid me working last week ). Maybe I'll need another injection tomorrow
afternoon. I will see.
