Yeah, I experienced this when I was younger and the docs scared me with all the side-effects from the meds, so I took mega-doses of vitamins like Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vit B6 and Iron instead. It really helped!

There's also the old wives tale....you put a bar of soap between your mattress and the fitted sheet on your bed....never tried it, but I know people who swear by it and have heard of doctors suggesting it. *shrugs*

I love those Be careful with the vitamins though! Too many can cause troubles too!

Well, I think I'm quite a bit older than both of you.
I'm the same age as JF...even have a birthday this month too.

I've been on my own for a while, just wasn't a home owner until my dad gave me the house.
