You're welcome! I found them as I was looking through the Photos & Gallery of Disc 5, Season 4. I found them by accident as I was looking for a Ruby picture there, and when I found them I thought I might as well take a cap and ask if you've seen them. Those were the only ones of Tommy. I think there was two more of Karl, but one was only when he was on the computer screen (like in the episode) and one where he leaned over the console to Bill

Yes that is fun. I've only found them now cause I never bothered to look through all the extra stuff while I watched the show on DVD (minus a few things). Plus most extra stuff was human based. Bleh

I don't know anything about deleted scenes but the only Wraithy scene I know that was cut down (for TV) was when Michael walked out of the tent with poor Ruby's severed head.
I forgave him though as it was an alternative timeline and since Ruby is still out there in Pegasus ruling over some lucky Wraiths
