I get the feeling, during the year I've been gone, some of the Wraith names have been changed. And about the Hammer pants...I, too, now need bleach for that mental pic.
Some of them had more than one name on the Naami list, which no longer exists on its original website. The WWA game guides just went with one name for each wraith. We have also recently noticed and named new wraith in this thread.

In that case, the one I named Phyneas probably had his name changed.

Fear not, we do have a Phineas from "Phantoms." Ciannwn has been a WDC contributor for over a year and has been taking the initiative to keep track of the wraith, lead the naming voting for the newly discovered wraith, and record their names and photos in photo albums for the WWA RPG, which everyone is welcome to check out.

There is just not enough love for the severe awfulness that is MC Hammer here. "U Can't Touch This" is a classic! lol. Not as good as Vanilla Ice's "Ice, Ice Baby" (alright, STOP! collaborate and listen, Ice is back with my brand new invention), but you cannot beat that lyrical gold.
Wraith confusion I was searching for James Chutter and found this on IMDB - we've got some of his Wraith already so I'll add/change names to red.
# Midway (15 February 2008) - Wraith scientist Nathan
# The Queen (12 September 2008) - Bridge Officer Wraith
# First Contact (26 September 2008) - Billy Wraith
# The Lost Tribe (10 October 2008) - Male Wraith
# Outsiders Crockett
I've checked GW episode summaries and he's definitely in The Queen and The Lost tribe.
PS: Now that naamiaiset's page is no longer available, I could add the names of the actors/stuntment to the WWA game slideshows for Wraith characters.

I saved naamiset's webpage complete so I can still see who she had down to play the Wraith.
She had
Billy (name given on the show)
The Queen (5x08), First Contact (5x10)
Actor - James Chutter
and
Bullseye
First Contact (5x10), The Lost Tribe (5x11)
(No actor listed)
So who played Bullseye?
PS: No clues on the GW synopsis because they didn't list a Wraith played by someone other than James Chutter, Tyler McClendon and CH. The Stargate wiki, however, has Brendan Penny listed as an unnamed Wraith for both episodes.

I have been wondering the same thing. Maybe someone can help us out? Here is the info I have:
The summary for "First Contact" does not list Bullseye at all, only Todd, Kenny, and Billy (presumably the speaking role as the bridge wraith)
GUEST STARRING - Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson), David Nykl (Radek Zelenka), Christopher Heyerdahl (Todd), Mitch Pileggi (Colonel Steven Caldwell), Martin Christopher (Major Marks), Sharon Taylor (Amelia Banks), Chuck Campbell (Chuck), James Chutter (Billy Wraith), Tyler McClendon (Kenny Wraith)
Based on his gorgeous eyes and this "The Lost Tribe summary," I thought that James Chutter was Bullseye, listed as "male wraith":
GUEST STARRING - Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson), David Nykl (Radek Zelenka), Christopher Heyerdahl (Todd), Daniella Alonso (Katana Labreya), Martin Christopher (Major Marks), Tyler McClendon (Kenny Wraith), Sharon Taylor (Amelia Banks), Claire Robertson (Mila), Linda Ko (Marie), James Chutter (Male Wraith)
His gorgeous eyes look a bit like Crockett's and James's IMDb photos, which also says he was in both episodes:
Still no luck tracking down which episode Mortimer was in. The only information I can find off GW is that Cody Laudan played stunt Wraith. The only clue we have from this site
is that the file name for Mortimer is wraithcody and he does bear a strong resemblance to Neo. It's unlikely that there was another Canadian stuntman called Cody playing Wraith on Stargate Atlantis.
Does anyone recognise the tatoo and whiskers? Maybe Mortimer was the stunt double for a Wraith played by an actor whose character got into a fight.

My best guess is sometime around season 4 like Archimedes... maybe a stunt for Ian or another wraith in "Travellers." Ian's photo is blurry, but his facial hair is thicker and his hair is styled a bit differently.

So who was Brendan Penny playing in First Contact? Is it possible that Bullseye was played by Brendan Penny in First Contact and James Chutter in The Lost Tribe?

Looking at the cheekbone structure in "First Contact," that could very well be. If that is so, like Steve and Todd being played by two actors at different times, I do think this was meant to be Bullseye in both episodes due to the same hairstyle, same finger guard placement, lack of facial hair or tattoos, quiet demeanor, and distinctive blinking in both eps.

I could list Bullseye as possibly being played by Brendan Penny and James Chutter then.
