Just a couple of days ago. Check out some earlier posts in this thread. I am really dissapointed. I thought the three episodes had already been filmed

Damn. IF JM and the others decide to just use us for cheap publicty and then kick us in the rear....hell hath no fury like a Beckett fan scorned.......

Hold on there, what lying? He said it could potentially happen, but things change.

Come on guys, I know you want Carson back and this news is disappointing, but there is absolutely no reason to insult TPTB. In fact, it harms more than it helps.

Been away for almost a week, am over my head piled up with work at the moment. At least I have something I can look forward to: FedCon!!! (I'm literally counting down the days.)

I am also very disappointed by the recent development but actually JM never lied. He said he'd bring him back for at least two eps, and that statement still stands. I too am dearly hoping for more and of course a regular spot in the next season but so far JM kept his word. And I wouldn't go so far as to think he wanted to deceive us and then take the third ep away again. Maybe there are other reasons to it, and maybe these can be sorted out, so we still may get that third ep. Or perhaps PM got a nice offer from his auditions and has no time for the third ep. (Definitely a possibility I wouldn't grudge him to take!) And I would tend to think that this would serve TPTB right for mercilessly disposing of him!

On a different note about the same topic, as far as I know TPTB really said that the third ep was meant to air before the two-parter. And to be absolutely honest, I rather thought of that ep like a ten second guest appearance at the end. Something like 'Surprise, surprise; look who's here!' And then the two-parter would really deal with the issue.

To get an article in The Times is nothing short of brilliant! Congrats, peeps!

Absolutely. JM is a fan of SCB and throwing insults only makes us look petty. We have a great reputation for being upbeat and maintaining humor, so lets keep it that way.

Remember, JM said possibly a third. We are all very disappointed, but this is even more reason to keep up support for a FULL return in S5. WRITE to ALL of the US Newspapers (MORE ADDED!) and TV shows (see below). Sunday airs in TWO WEEKS in the States, we need all of the emails and letters to flood the media between now and then.

I agree with everyone else, JM didn't lie. Yes he did raise our hopes a little but he ALWAYS made certain to say it wasn't 100% and they didn't know for sure yet. Unfortunately crap happens sometimes. Joe has been a tremendous supporter of the campaign and deserves our respect. We cant just turn round and snap his head off the moment he does something we dont like. Maintaining a level head is part of our secret of success.

I'm seriously disappointed too but right now we need to main positive attitude! Besides, we have a campaign to wage! Its crunch time people...the all important US premiere is upon us. Lets get out there, email those press peps and kick some ass!!!!

We have UK media contacts and have contacted them (hence the Times mention

). Feel free to contact your local papers as well. Email them and the US media often. Remember, be polite and try and keep them on the short side. If you have any questions, PM me or TJUK.

Ok dokie. I just thought of something. Do you have a article or something. I am sci fi researcher for a thing called slice of sci fi. My one is Doctor who plus stargate sg1 and alantis. I could put in a bit about your crusade.
