My left hand... not sure what the frell I did to it, but the big muscle at the base of my thumb has been giving me problems for about a month and I get shooting pains every once in a while. Remember, I drive for a living, so it might be a "grip" problem 'cause of the steering wheel. Icing it seems to help... as do muscle relaxants, when I take them early enough. Not too late 'cause it'll make me too drowsey for work.
