Ha! I was browsing through all the threads and when I came across this one and it sounded interesting so I thought I'd have a peek... After reading a lot of the posts, I've got to say to say that I really like the idea! I'd have to agree with whoever said Shep and Vala probably couldn't end up having a lasting relationship, but just seeing them interact would be very entertaining! And I could definitely see them as friends.

And for those interested I just started reading her series Gather us Poseidon's Children. It's about Sheppard traveling to a future set alternate universe and meeting his son. In chapter 7 he finds out he married Vala and it is so funny..
