Thanks Llyrellin and to make matters worse at work last night me and the assistant had to peel and chop 25kg of Parsnips and 12.5kg of carrots. I hate being a chef this time of year

About 15 years ago I was a stewardess in a posh Golf Club near Richmond Park. The first xmas party was on the 5th of Dec and the last was on Xmas eve, I thought thank God Mum's having roast beef for Chrismas cos I was sick to death of turkey by then.
