My good knee is now starting to play up but the upside is that joint surgery requires the patient to not move fore ages and that means I can watch loads of Stargate and LORNE!!!

You hear that a lot with knee problems, that then the other starts up as well because you're compensating for the bad one

There is a silver lining to my cloud but my other knee was bound to go... it just went quicker because I was compensating. My left (my really bad one) I did in Dance. Every since then It's been really bad. That was January last year! Oh well....
