You think Lah hates Keller, because off Quarantine and the shipping with Ronon. And seeing as Lah also thunks Jack, which involves major shipping with Sam, it would be logical that she hates Sam. But she doesnt. Meaning that Lah's dislike for Keller doesnt only involve the shipping with Ronon, but something else. Because logically she should also dislike Sam.
