ok back for a bit while it runs...just had a snotty woman come in here and want to call a guest, told her to dial 0 on the house phone and I'd connect her but need the room number, she said "well what if I want to keep it private and not tell you" I almost said but did not say well lady your sh*t outta luck" what I did say was "I won't be able to connect you with out a room number, for privacy reasons our house phones don't connect to the rooms" any way longer story short, she didn't have the right room number and when I looked up his name he had checked out today, she's like today? he said he would be here till Monday..it took EVERYTHING I had not to laugh out loud.....just wanted to share that OFF TOPIC moment with you
