To answer all in one...........yes. The wardrobe an actor or stunt performer is wearing directly effects movement during a fight sequence or any other stunt. Example: if you have extremely tight pants and the character is a high kicker or an ariel kicker........not so much. soooooooooooo I have to work very close with the costume department so both the actors and stunt people are able to have the range of motion they need. My costume on Siege was not combat pants but "Athosian" male training wear.....and very comfortable. Teylas clothing is very flexable, but not very protective. Ronon is usually very mobile in his duds, but his leather pants get very sweaty and sticky............eeew!
