I was looking for hidden porn! I have big eyes too, so I see a lot of stuff actually. That's why when my dad went mushroom picking he'd bring me with cuz I was short and big eyed, so I'd find the mushrooms easily. And Ronon/Jason pictures deserve much attention, before I go glassy eyed!

Yup yup, little silver ones. I had them on my Doc Marten's as well - I tinkled wherever I went! The beads were glass, so they used to clack together - I was a one woman percussion instrument. Ahhh, those were the days...

Hubby has at last got out of bed so I can resume Ronon painting, though - yay! Decided to post a WIP here, so you guys can help me. Warning - the following picture is unfinished and therefore ever so slightly scary...

EDIT: Okay, so is the bottom fuzzy for anyone else? Bloody photobucket is mucking me around something rotten at the moment...

EDIT AGAIN: Mother, uh, blasted thing... going to have to upload again....

EDIT ONCE MORE: *Bunny grits teeth as she tries desperately not to swear* Hate Photobucket...

AND AGAIN: Allegedly the new one is up, but it's showing the old one... *Bunny gives the computer a calculated look whilst clutching a screwdriver*

Ooooh that is an awesome picture. Although the whole Ronon not having any eyes, looks kinda creepy... I dont see any fuzzyness anywhere. *scratches head* The beard looks kinda funny, but it's not finished yet right? But man the shading rocks!!!

The hair is looking FANTASTIC!! And this skin looks great, too, but a bit too dark for him. The scan is fine (I've noticed that when I repost pix to PB it sometimes takes a few minutes for GW to catch up ) and I think it's going to be a FANTASTIC portrait!!!

The only finished hairy bit is the dreadlock (which I'm kinda proud of...)- the rest is all unfinished (once I've painted his lips properly, I'll start on the beard )

I'm ordering dinner right now (having curry - so lazy of me, but hmmmmmm.... curry...) so I'll probably be onYIM later, hun! *squishiehuggle*

DOn't you think it would be easier if we began with things I DON'T have a problem with, Dr. Sal?!

I'm quite proud of that dreadlock. It look about 45 minutes to paint, but it was a lot of fun. I was also thinking his skin was a bit dark, but that's easily fixable - I tend to go over skin layers to lighten them up once they're finished anyway (because I tend to make ALL my characters have darker skin than they should do initially - even the drow (and they have jet black skin!)! ) I think I also need to repaint his nose again - I have such a bad habit of making people's noses too long. Gah...

His nose looks good! Dont touch it! Just finish it all and then do corrections! I've had the same with writing where I've looked a paragraph and wanted to change it, but then it actually fit well when I finished the piece!

OH MY GOD!!

Just switched on the TV and they are showing Robin of Sherwood... *Bunny drifts off into the mists of nostalgia*. Michael Praed was my first ever crush. Even with the mullet, he was so lovely... definitely shaped my outlook when it comes to my love of long haired, warrior type chappies!
