Hey Everyone!!

Welcome to the newbies!!!

And Welcome back Mx!!!!!! How was your vacation??

People were talking a bit back about how fic kinda overwhelms everything. Staying up late to read it and being absolutely exhausted the next day and everything. And then staying up late again to read more fic. And having to finish a story once started. Well, I'm the exact same way. To a really bad degree. It made me feel good to know that I wasn't the only one who did it. Over and over and over and over again. Even before I had read those posts I had decided to go this entire week without reading any fic just to get it back under control and because I have so much to get done for going back to school that I can't afford to stay up late reading fic every night. I'm noting all these fic recs to read once this week is over.

I have so many fics I am reading at the moment. Mostly due to the fact they are still in production so I start reading a new one while I wait. The list is:

Night Falls Fast
Kicking and Screaming
In Quiet Night
To Save a Shattered Soul
False Gods
Scars That Won't Heal

I'm starting to forget what they were about because I've mixed them all up!

Where are these fics? I found a few of them on ff.net but I couldn't find the rest. Can you tell me where they are? Thanks!!!

Hey Everyone!!

And Welcome back Mx!!!!!! How was your vacation??

It was wonderful thank you!! So nice to spend time together with hubbie and kids, just enjoying ourselves without everyday chores and stresses taking over!

And I have been up for 18 hours and should be in bed now but I am having to catch up on The Killing Frost and Of Duty, Atonement and Redemption before I go to bed!!

And it's really really really really hard. I've got until this Friday or Saturday - don't remember which at the moment. I need to figure it out. Arg!! It's really hard but it's good in some ways too. When I read it all the time I think about it all the time too. Like someone was saying... thinking about old fics, wondering about WIPs and dreaming up new fics. But when I'm not reading it all the time I don't think about it all the time. It'll be good to be back though. But I'm going to be back at school so I really need to watch my fic intake because I got behind last year from reading too much fic. Well, it's about midnight here so I must go!!

Just wanted to say I have been working my way through the fic recs and am loving all of them so far! B7-kerravon is a favourite of mine and she hasn't disappointed with this latest fic at all!

I have to say I like Killing Frost as well..
Everytime I read a good fic, its still in progress and I'm all like update update.. LOL I'm just sucked into some wonderful stories.

Well you can try the story I'm writing, but I only started writing today with about 3.5 pages done. It's not finished, but I plan to feature Sheppard, McKay and Carson mostly, and I would love to have some feedback if you have the time for it.

And I still haven't come up with a title for it, either.
