I just drop by to say that I'm very busy at the moment and don't have time for regular posts in this thread. But I read all the new posts every day (and all the great h/c fanfic), and I still worship the Rodney whump!

Welcome to everyone who's new in this thread! Hope you'll have fun here and enjoy the whumpage! Don't worry if some people tell you that whump-love is strange, you're not weird if you like whump! There are many others who feel the same way and get warm fuzzies when they see or read h/c!
Hmm, well, maybe we're all together just pretty weird, who knows?! It's a good weirdness.

I especially love the last 2. Look at those beautiful blue eyes! And the concern from his buddies! (did I mention I love it when Sheppard calls him "Buddy"? So endearing...)

Oh don't get me started on his eyes!!

And yes the interaction between Shep and Rodney is the best part of Atlantis and when one of them is whumped it brings out the best in the other! That is why fanfic is so brilliant - it really explores that friendship in so much more detail than we get on the show! Fic fills many needs - the basic need for more whump, the tags and extra scenes we wish the show had done and the in depth friendships that we wish the show would focus on more!

Thank goodness for fic is all I can say!!

You're welcome I have become quite that fanfiction addict (it seems McKayRocks and I have that in common!) and have been reading so much of it lately. I'll try to find more good one's. They're certainly out there!
