Travel to the MW by the Wraith is not restricted by lack of knowledge of Earth's location and slow ships. One can easily travel to another galaxy without knowing the location of a single planet within it. Even without knowing Earth's location, it might have been worth it for the Wraith to try to get to MW because even the smallest of human-inhabited worlds in MW has more humans living on it than most Pegasus planets, which have been decimated by cullings for centuries.

And not only are Wraith ships 'slower' than Asgard or human ships, they lack the intergalactic drives (not even all Lantean ships has intergalactic drives, making do instead with interstellar drives) but their drives are less efficient, and because Wraith don't use shields, the organic structures of their ship hulls is succeptible to radiation damage in hyper space. They don't make 'jumps' with regular stops because the drives aren't as fast, but because if they spend too long in hyperspace the hulls become irreparably damaged and start venting atmosphere.
