My guess: Pegasus humans, Milky Way Humans, and Wraith are the inheritors of the legacy of the Ancients-- the trio of "sisters" from Teyla's story in "The Furies." What they inherit is partially in their hands, with the gift of the new retrovirus; but, maybe there will be something else. (?)

I also guess, it's a brainwashed Rodney, who can't remember.

His lingering telepathy could be a threat. Dust may have done something more and may have even been the one trying to influence his dreams or something, to get Rodney to reveal more about Atlantis, but Weir would stall the dreams by her presence. There could be something subconscious. With Dust gone, we can't get any more answers or viewpoints from him.

Maybe it was Ease who told where to find Ember... he was deeply impressed by Death, that's true. But as I understood, Bonewhite has ancountered Death some times before, always avoiding to make an decision, 'til Guide came home. There could be some more, who would choose her side.

I'm now thinking it will be someone we have already met at least once. The authors wanted Eva to do something specific in the last book and didn't want her to appear out of nowhere, so they were sure she was always there.

This theory is so terrifically scifi. Any theories on how it is being done? Perhaps there are trigger words or images? And, will he be taken over and made to act out, as Teyla controlled the Queen's bodily form in "Spoils of War"? Eva has her job cut out for her.

I have a feeling it has to do with the Wraith network. And he doesn't know it yet but he's being spied on...hell he may even be spied on by a traitor in Guide's company.
