True, but because the bug flew off so quickly, it is safe to assume that the Wraith are weakened by salt water. The bug was holding on VERY tightly, yet it was startled, reacted out of a jolt of speed and then stunned by the water.
Might have also been that the thing was shot at, and that it didn't have enough regeneration time to heal it's wound. (dropping salt into a wound HURTS)
