We met a guy named Lucius, who was even more annoying than McKay
He made everyone except Sheppard like him
I, unfortunatly, liked him also
Sheppard kidnaped Beckett and made him realize that Lucius made everone like him by using this plant
So, Beckett made Lucius just annoying again, and everthing went back to normal.
I HATE him

They kissed each other!
I always knew Shep had a thing for Weir.
