timejumper is a good name for the jumpers that have time machines installed it's better than calling it the time machine which is a phrase that has been in use for years

I can live with either "Gate Ship" or "Puddle Jumper". Even plain "Jumper" is fine to me...
What I really hate
is those alpha numerical designations like "X-302", "BC-303", "F-304" and so on.
