EDIT: 20 minutes later, I think Hermiod says "the incompetence of these humans <?> infinitely angry".

Backwards English! That is so cool.
Don't feel sorry for me. I started out poor, and I worked my way up to outcast.

        my thoughts exactly.

his "love" for the tauri isn't as high as thor (freyr 2nd)

I'll hop on the bandwagon here and voice my approval for our newest Roswellian to join the show. Kudos to Hermiod, he's a wonderful and hilarious character!

That said, I'll pitch in my own ep idea here. Wouldn't it be cool if Hermiod's consciousness was accidentally coppied into one of the backup cloned bodies he more than likely keeps at hand? Could you imagine the crazy stuff that could happen if there were two of them?

I don't think Sheppard could handle two of them!

Thor has always been referred to as 'he' and Thor referred to Heimdall as a 'he' (which surprised me because Heimdall sounded distinctly female and acted quite 'girly'). But I guess that could just be to avoid the pronoun 'it.' This was one of the most Asgard intensive episodes in the Stargate series. Thor was captured by Anubis, Freyr did obeisance to SG-1 at the base while asking for help, and Heimdall, among other things, explained in detail how the Asgard reproduce through cloning.

I think Hermiod was great, I would like to see him/her/it as a member of sheps team, exploring other planets. He might frighten the locals though They could always dress him up in a silver suit and give him a ray gun ( B-movie sci-fi style)
He's probably wraith-proof as well, he's too scrawny for them to feed on him!

In 1st episode (The Siege Part 3), Hermiod also speaks English backwards, after sending the first bomb.
I think he mutters "when do the humans learn that there are consequences to action".
