Yes, I wish they would pic it up again. Mike has been putting up the transcripts at Yahoo! that a lot of fans have been reading. He has the uncut Barnabas episodes and the first episodes before Barnabas came.

It used to be the first thing to watch after getting home from school. As I had a long bus ride, I hated the darn cliff-hanger type endings, because I always missed the conclusion the next day unless I cut my last class or played hooky!

Someone recently gave me a copy of "The Ressurrection of Barnabas Collins" I'll have to watch it again sometime soon. To watch the old ones again is to see something just so campy....

I kind of wish that the 'remake' would have lasted. It was more fun, darker, and a bit more morbid...just like I wanted it to be.

My copy runs 120 minutes. It starts with Governess Victoria Winters coming to Collinwood and continues to when Willie Loomis tries to rob the mausoleum thus wakening Barnabas. Not sure about the rest. As stated earlier, I guess I'll have to give it another viewing.

What ever happened to Victoria Winters? I must have missed some episodes. Did she ever find out the secret about her birth? It seems like she just disappeared and was never seen again. I guess that was a regular occurance in Collinsport.

Yeah, that's the one I have. They cut out a lot about Joe's uncle's cow being found drained of blood!

About Victoria Winters, She left in the Quentin's ghost storyline, somehow she went back to 1795 with Peter.

That was funny. The problem is that I haven't seen the shows for several years and I can't remember some of the specifics. I wish that the SciFi channel would start running it again. It's better than alot of the stuff that they are showing now.

I think they did show the 1991 show for a little while.

I read all the transcripts of the ones I didn't see.

No I haven't. I have read some of the books. But they were written I think in the 70's. I have found some at used book stores.
