Great examples. Of the ones you cited, I think Zoe is my favorite. You wouldn't dare get into a bar fight with her. haha


I can't believe I forgot to mention Carter, naturally. I think from the whole franchise, she stands out as the most interesting heroine, no? Second runners up would be Teyla Emmagan and Elizabeth Weir from Atantis. I'm surprised you mentioned Vala, I get the impression that people on these forums didn't like her. Why do you think she made for a good heroine for the audience to root for?

As for Kira, heck yeah, one of my favorite DS9 characters. She went through so much on that show.

I know some people dont like her on here but i found her very funny,she also had an entertaining dynamic with daniel and she could hold her own in a fight.

Xena, Warrior Princess, is a TV heroine that I enjoy. She is cool. She can do back-flips. Ergo, back-flips are cool.

Just because I didn't say "Janeway" is no reason to put me down for liking Xena. My opinion is just as valid as anyone else's.
