Lee's trial speech from season three was excellent. Adama has made a few nice speeches to encourage the fleet though in BSG. The one at the end of the miniseries was quite good.

I liked a lot of the things Romo Lampkin said too. Hell, BSG probably comes out with a lot of the best scifi dialogue.

the bsg one was great, there are loads in bsg.
mal's speech in serenity was memorable too. there's probably some in buffy/angel too. joss whedon seems to be good at that stuff..
