Have been reading my way through Darren Shan's Demonata series (10 books total, at least thus far). They're relatively quick reads, being aimed at youth, but it's interesting putting the puzzle pieces together as you read through them and are given more information... I'm about to start book 8, can't wait to see how it ends!

I have Charles Stross's The Atrocity Archives and The Family Trade on order, as they're the first books of their respective series and I'd like to see whether I'm interested. I've enjoyed quite a lot of his books.
Also I have his Rule 34 (sequel to Halting State) on pre-order, looking forward to that."Most people who are watching TV are semi-catatonic. They're not fully alive." - U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten Sr.
Ronald Greer is also a medic. Your argument is invalid.

Well I'm taking a break from the 31st Century and the worlds of the Battletech universe.
And I've started to read the latest addition to the Black Library's Horus Heresy series.
It's called 'Age of Darkness' and is edited by Christian Dunn. As it is an anthology of short stories.
Inculding one by James Swallow called 'Liar's Due'."What do you mean by 'Oopps'?"
