G ~ Gallifrey - Gallifrey was the homeworld to the Gallifreyans and to the Time Lords, amongst them the Doctor. It was destroyed in the Last Great Time War.

Gallifrey was located in the constellation of Kasterborous, at galactic co-ordinates 10-0-11-0-0 by 0-2 from Galactic Zero Centre. It was said to be either located at the edge of the Mutter's Spiral galaxy or closer to the core. It was believed to be somewhere between 30,000 and 29,000 light years from Earth.

Kasterborous was also known as the Seven Systems, so that Gallifrey had the alternative name, The Shining World of the Seven Systems.

I ~ Ice Warriors, The - 1967 story starring Patrick Troughton as "The Doctor", Frazer Hines as "Jamie McCrimmon", & Deborah Watling as "Victoria Waterfield".

            Synopsis
            ---------
The Doctor, Jamie and Victoria arrive on Earth in the far future to find that the planet is in the grip of a second ice age. Scientific outposts are scattered across the globe, fighting desperately against advancing glaciers that threaten to send the world back into prehistory.

When a huge armoured figure is discovered buried in the ice, a force more deadly than the ice floes is unleashed - Varga, a Martian Warrior, whose craft crash-landed centuries ago. Reviving his crew, he aims to conquer Earth in the name of Mars.

With power at the outpost sinking to dangerously low levels, it falls to the Doctor to try to save humanity - not only from the warmongering Ice Warriors, but from the barely checked powers of the relentless glaciers.

M ~ Movellans - Outwardly resemble physically attractive humans, of various ethnicities and both genders. All of the Movellan androids wear white, form-fitting uniforms and wear their hair in silver braids. Being androids, the Movellans are stronger and have more endurance than normal humans. However, the major weakness of the Movellan design is that each android's external power pack, carried on its belt, can be easily removed to completely shut down the android. The power pack circuitry can also be modified, reprogramming the android to obey human orders.

N ~ Nightmare Child - The Nightmare Child is an obscure object, location, area, or living creature, of which very little is known. According to the Doctor, Davros' ship flew into its "jaws" during the first year of the Time War, supposedly destroying him and his ship in the process. This event happened at the Gate of Elysium.

Dalek Caan, who escaped from 1930 using an emergency temporal shift, arrived in the Time War (despite it being Time-locked) and flew into the jaws of the Nightmare Child to save Davros from destruction.

O ~ Ogron - The Ogrons are low-intelligence, ape-like hominids who live in scattered communities on an unnamed planet on the outer fringes of the Milky Way, far from the central spaceways. The dominant lifeform on their home planet is a giant slug-like lizard named the Eater, and the Ogrons both pray to and are preyed on by it.

Ogrons are hired mercenaries. Those who have employed their services include the Master and the Daleks. On some human planets, Ogrons are employed as police officers, usually led by a mentally augmented leader.

What begins as innocuous research into ESP turns into a deadly mind battle, with the terrifying spiders from the planet Metebelis Three pitted against the Doctor, his friends and Time Lord K'anpo.

At a Tibetan-style spiritual retreat deep in rural England, a clandestine circle of chanting brethren unknowingly call upon the evil powers of the Metebelis Spiders, whose quest for the perfect blue crystal leads them straight to the Doctor. He must travel to the alien planet to meet the Great One, merciless ruler of her spiders and human slaves, who plans to take over Earth.

The future of the entire universe is in the Doctor's hands, but if he is to face the fear the Great One sees in his mind, then he must face the certainty of total destruction. Could this be the Time Lord's final death?
