hm.. dunno... Ianto strikes me as a Seme... Jack wouldn't care if he was the Seme or the Uke... but Ianto would need some kind of alien intervention to get preggers, and then there's always the slightest possibilty that it wouldn't be Jack's.... Jack getting preggers is a lot more clean cut...
