I can remember episodes from 'The Ark in Space' to 'The Hand of Fear', some more, some less. I distinctly remember the monsters! The Doctor tossing the signal device into the Loch Ness monster's mouth, Morbius, the Wirrm... Eldrad was the one that stood out most and stuck with me over the years.

That's quite a bit then. My first memory was at age 3 and seeing Warriors of the Deep but the most distinct moment was seeing the Doctor fighting the guards and then falling in to the water. After that it's all vague until 1987. From age 6 I remember watching everything from Time and the Rani.
