    Saxon's Symbol?

    I'm curious about an image I keep seeing all over the internet in relation to Saxon. I'm not sure its official, but it looks like a campaign flag or something. It looks like the Scottish flag, but its white and black instead of blue and white. Its rectangular, with a black x running through it. Is this a real flag adn what is it a flag of, or something new?

    It's official, it's been used in a couple of episodes of Who and Torchwood. The symbol is just representing the voter putting a cross in the box for Saxon in an election. Saxon is confirmed as being
