They wouldnt be making money, the children in need fund would recieve a set amount of money for each release (right?)

The stress of the magnetic force versus the mechanical spring-like force of boxset being too tightly compressed travels horizontally from the hinge to the magnet (located in the center of the flap's edge).
In contrast, the top and bottom edges of the flap have no magnet, or mechanism, to secure them directly to the boxset...or bear the load of the spring-like force tugging at them horizontally from the hinge.
Instead, the top and bottom are constrained by the center magnet along the vertical edge of the flap.
All this creates a force differential.
The material which composes the boxset is somewhat elastic which allows these differing forces to distort the flap...thus giving us an obvious indication of the stresses.
To summarize, the design is flawed in two ways.
1.) The flap should have been longer to better accomodate closing the box comfortably and avoid creating the spring effect which tugs on the flap.
2.) Magnets should have been place at the top and bottom edges of the flap to distribute the load of the spring-like force tugging from the hinge.

That's awsome! I thought they'd do like they do over in the states here...they wait until the end of the season..then a year later release the season on DVD
