i've been watching the Confidential Cutdowns and now i want more doctor who!

i think i'm gonna watch 42 tomorrow. then i shall be back with caps... if my pc is still working then *knocks on wood*

I wish the Confidentials weren't cut down for US DVDs. I've seen a couple and we miss out on a lot of stuff. Dissapointing. I want as much David as I can get. LOL

They're cut down for the UK DVDs too. The Dr Who Confidentials that air straight after the show are half an hour long... the cut down versions on the DVDs are more like 15 mins.

such a great ep, i love how the pace kept moving faster and faster, but we still had those little character moments, like with martha and reilly(?) in the escape chamber, and the dr and martha before freezing the dr.

kudos to DT and FA in this ep, too, coz 10 was so scared when they were freezing him, and martha really stood up and took control. and she yelled at those two guys, which was cool

Oh I dunno.. 10th has been pretty whumpy really... in Season 3 alone he's

had his blood drunk by a plasmavore, leaving him near death and needing CPR, had one of his hearts stopped by a witch and had to be hit on the chest to restart it, choked on exhaust fumes on the motorway and needed oxygen, struck by lightening and left unconscious, been possessed by a living sun (and dayum that was awesome whump! ), screamed in agony as he used the Chameleon arch, and painfully aged by the Master (not so keen on that last one - I like my whumpees young and cute! ).

And that's just the physical whump - there's a whole woooorld of emo angst on top of that!
