David Tennant is in the next series yet to screen in the UK, and more then likely in the one after that too. Sorry SJS is not set to re-appear in DW but she will be in a new show (yet another spin off, this time for kids)

Torchwood is a spin-off show, staring John Barrowman as Capt Jack Harkness it is set on/in modern day Earth in Cardiff, Wales. Capt Jack first appeared in Doctor Who in "The Empty Child" he is from the 51st Century, a con man sort of.

The rest is kind of spoilery....

Hi, Willow! Thanks muchly for all the info. I liked "The Empty Child"--thought that was the best Dr. Who I'd seen in a long time, clever and really unsettling.
And of course yummy Capt. Jack. Btw, those are really nice photos you've posted. I remember thinking he was cute in De-Lovely....I didn't realize how cute, then.

This has been put up on YouTube: Another JB interview *he is really flogging this puppy* he mentions something I don't think I have ever heard an actor mention about their bodies (unless male actors in Porno! ) and I had a small moment of wtf is he doing talking about that for! LOL!

I haven't seen him in Dr Who but I've been watching Torchwood and think its brilliant! Can't wait for the episode 'Cpt Jack Harkness.'

Did anyone see him on Loose Women recently or This Morning - he's really quite naughty on there too. And on Loose Women he had to play vicar for one of the presenter's dog who was getting married - really funny. He was a good laugh and said give me aliens and space travel any day! lol.
