No, I don't. The car seat was unbuckled and unless zombies have figured out how to do that, she's likely still alive. Personally, I hope Carol has her and that's how she'll come back into the group.

I have a question about this show that perhaps some Gateworlder can answer. I wasn't sure where to post it so I hope this is the right place.

In season two it is revealed that everyone has the virus. So that means that the virus by itself is not lethal. If that is the case then what killed Jim in season one? The bite he received on his chest (abdomen?) was certainly not lethal. For that matter, why would getting bit infect someone when they are already infected? I just don't think the "Everyone is infected" plot device makes any sense.

My theory about the virus/bacteria/parasite . Is that it exist in two forms, when you alive it lives in the body in a inactive and dormant, or perhaps if it a parasite it happy to live in a live host, and so goes undetected by the body immune system. When the bodies dies it releases chemicals which switches the virus/bacteria/parasite into active mode which enables it to control the body and try and infect other people, search for subsistence to stay alive.

When people get bitten this chemical release through the decay process enters the body and transforms the virus into it active mode, plus active version of the virus/bacteria/parasite on top, the process in which the parasite/virus/bacteria takes control of a human body kills the body.
