Operating under the assumption that "Z.A" means Zombie Apocalypse, it's global. That much was confirmed at the end of Season 1. In the comics it's a bit less clear (but still likely to be global).
"A society grows great when old men plant trees, the shade of which they know they will never sit in. Good people do things for other people. That's it, the end." -- Penelope Wilton in Ricky Gervais's After Life

This is supposed to be a leaked complete online resume of the next "Besides The Dying Fire" episode. Don't read if you don't want a definite spoiler. Even if it is not genuine it can ruin everithing. I'm am itching to read it but i won't.
Link to source inside.
I'm going to wait, personally. I don't mind being teased, but spoilers are aptly named--they spoil the experience. Even though I do read the comics.

I read it too Digi, but Kirkman is doing an hell of a job changing the outcome from the comic to the series like, Sophia dying, and Dale's death so early on the show. By the way can't find the teasers for next episode.
